2007-08: Indoor: Notched the third fastest 5000m time at Fordham (16:36.85)... Outdoor: Recorded Fordham's fastest 10,000m time (34:12.02) and second fastest 3000m (9:22.42)... Took fourth in the 10,0000m at the Metropolitan Championships (34:12.02)... Placed fourth in the 3000m at the St. John's Monday Night Meet #1 (9:32.25)... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioners Honor Roll. 2006-07: Cross Country: Ran in three of nine meets... Was 17th at the St. John's Fall Festival (6K)... Best time was 29:22.3 at the Metropolitan Championships. Before Fordham: Four-year runner for the cross country and track teams at Manhasset High School... Served as team captain for both squads... Was an All-County selection in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track... Two-time state qualifier in the 4x800 relay... Was also a state qualifier in the 3200m... 2004 Class B indoor track county champion... Helped Manhasset to two cross country county championships...
