2007-08: Cross Country: Placed 56th at the IC4A Championships (31:11)... Outdoor: Member of the 4x400m relay team that placed fourth at the SCSU Owl Track & Field Invitational (3:31.92)... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioners Honor Roll. 2006-07: Cross Country: Competed in three of nine meets... Took 22nd at the St. John's Fall Festival (6K)... Was 47th in the Ram Invitational (33:22). Indoor: Ran 2:23.1 at the February 8th edition of Thursday Night at the Races, and then 4:56.6 in the 1500m at the February 22nd edition. Outdoor: Ran 2:24.15 in the 800m at the Coach "O" Invitational. Before Fordham: Member of the cross country and track teams at Lyman Hall High School... Recipient of the Best Freshman and Most Improved award for cross country in his career... Scholar-Athlete in both cross country and track... Named to the SCC All-Academic team...
